Booking Information
To secure your booking - a minimum deposit of 50% of the booking value is required. Payment of this deposit can be made by:
- Cheque or money order from within Australia
- Visa Card, Mastercard, Bank Card, American Express or Diners Club
credit cards
- Electronic Funds Transfer ( please contact us to arrange EFT payment
)
Please be aware that bookings without a deposit are not confirmed and may be released.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or change your booking
we require 21 days notice or you will forfeit the deposit paid. If adequate notice is given we can
either refund your deposit, less $50 per cottage booked or hold your deposit over for another booking (up to 12 months).
Check-In is from 3pm on the day of arrival. All check-ins are handled by "Falls Mountain Retreat" which is located at the end of The Avenue off
Falls Road in Wentworth Falls. A map can be downloaded from their
website at www.fallsmountainretreat.com.au
The balance of the charges for your stay are settled on arrival
and you are then issued with keys and a map to the property you
have booked. All accommodation is an easy 5 minute drive from your
check-in point.
Check-Out time is 11am on the morning of departure.
Please ensure the property is left secured and return the keys to
same office you used to check-in.
