Booking Information
To secure your booking we require a deposit of
one nights accommodation ( a larger deposit may be required depending
on the dates booked ).
Deposits can be made by:
- Cheque or money order from within Australia
- Visa Card, Mastercard, Bank Card, American Express or Diners Club
credit cards
- Electronic Funds Transfer ( please contact us to arrange EFT payment
)
Please note: We can only hold a reservation for 7 days without
a deposit - if your deposit is not received within this period your
booking may be released without notice.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking
we need 21 days notice to be able to refund your deposit. We can
either hold your deposit over for another booking ( up to 12 months
) or refund your deposit, less a $30 accounting charge.
If you need to change the dates of your booking we also require
21 days notice.
Check-In is from 3pm. To make check-in as convenient
as possible we have offices located close to each of our cottages:
For bookings at any of our Wentworth Falls properties ( Parkhouse,
Gatehouse and Gatekeepers Cottages ) you need to check-in at "The
Falls Mountain Retreat" located at the end of The Avenue off
Falls Road in Wentworth Falls. A map can be downloaded from their
website at www.fallsmountainretreat.com.au
For properties in Katoomba ( Kunama or the Garden Apartment ) you
need to check in at The Mountain Heritage which is located on the
corner of Apex & Lovel Streets in Katoomba. A map for this property
can be found on their website at www.mountainheritage.com.au
( see the "location" page ).
The balance of the charges for your stay are settled on arrival
and you are then issued with keys and a map to the property you
have booked. All accommodation is an easy 5 minute drive from your
check-in point.
Check-Out time is 11am on the morning of departure.
Please ensure the property is left secured and return the keys to
same office you used to check-in. We're sure you'll want to return
& look forward to welcoming you again!
